Haven’s Riley Loop – Athlete Spotlight – Presented by Hog Wild BBQ

Haven’s Riley Loop told VYPE in a recent interview that “My personal goals for this year are to have 70 solo tackles and to place at state in wrestling.” Also sharing that a favorite memory of his has been “standing on the state podium in kids wrestling.”

As for football Loop says “My favorite part about our team is it is one big family we have been playing football together since we were 3rd/4th graders.”

Speaking of family Loop also explained that his brother Keaton Loop has had the biggest impact on him. Saying they “only got to play 2 years together in high school although he was probably the only one who could get my mind right on the fields and on the mats. Even if I was loosing a wrestling match he would still be in my corner cheering me on. He pushed me harder on the fields and Mats than anyone has ever pushed me.”

When he isn’t working toward his athletic goals Loop is hoping to one day “go to Montana and probably bring my best friend Grant and we would do some hunting.”
